Are you having trouble paying your bill? If you need help, financial assistance is available through the Residential Energy Assistance Partnership (REAP). This program helps disadvantaged elderly, disabled and low-income customers with small children pay their CPS Energy bill. CPS Energy’s annual commitment to REAP is $1 million in direct customer assistance.
